If your company is going to grow and accomplish its mission, you need to ensure that your employees are engaged, empowered, and connected from the roots of daily interactions up to your top-level vision. The gap between you and your competitors is defined less by what you do product-wise, and more by who you are, people-wise.
Achieveian provides consulting and training for individuals, teams and organisations --- based on the premise that engaged, motivated people are productive people who reach business results. The opposite is true - unhappy people might reach results, but it's not long-term. Why else do you have people working for and with you, if you don't want them to be excited to be with you and be an ambassador of your organisation? What can you do  - whether as a leader, an employee, or an HR person - to promote a great working atmosphere?

Based on many years working in developing leaders, employees, and organisations, and running employee engagement and transformation projects in top-notch companies, I'm able to provide a range of support.

I offer leaders and professionals, across industries, to help them learn the keys to creating the conditions to improve the leadership, employee, and workplace experience.

In my coaching for personal and professional development, I help individuals create a more energized and focused approach to work and life that
contains more meaning, engagement and positive result.

I also workshops, facilitation, training and holds multiple certifications in personal and group coaching and systemic development.
